ssl openfire 3.7.0 conenction example?

Hi,
I am trying create a ruby script that can connect to an 3.7.0 openfire
server using ssl.

I was wondering if anyone has an example script they could share about how
to do a basic connection and send a message to a user


I apologize my google foo has been weak I haven't been able to find a post
that makes any
sense to me.


I have been reading through the documentation and haven't come across what
I am looking for yet.
